I warned that I’d be far too busy to routinely maintain a blog. I put all this time into altering a wordpress theme and manipulating plugins to work the way I’d like…and I haven’t updated this blog since May! Oh well!
In any event I’m returning to NY next week; I can’t wait. My heart beats for New York. Many good networking opportunities came about in Cleveland. I will forever have a picture with the Commissioner of the NFL, Roger Goodell, for crying out loud! ‘Twas just not meant to be. The coasts are where it’s at. I’m looking into an opportunity with a design firm I’ve loved since I was 15. We’ll see where the next step is…I need something challenging and fun! Have a good one…’til next time.
It wasn’t as good as Iron Man but I did enjoy it. It had moments I really didn’t care for but I enjoyed the film and my first experience at the Detroit Theater. Talk about a deal! $4.50 for a movie! Anyway Iron Man 2 was enjoyable. Cheadle was a great addition, Rourke was good, Johansson looked great, and Samuel L. Jackson was a bit more prominent. I’ll be heading back to the theater much more often now too!
Well thanks to a handy Redditor…this site will continue in its infinite glory. Time to get started getting some content in here. It’ll be cool eventually.
I try to watch The Daily Show every day for years now. John Stewart is the man; no two ways about it. Honestly I trust The Daily Show and Stew much more than the mainstream media. Go get ‘em Stew.
Season 14 had many memorable moments as usual and it was the first fully broadcast in HD! Looking forward to season 15 in June/July and some more insane challenges. I’m not a big car guy by any means but I do really enjoy the entertainment Top Gear offers up week in and week out.
Al Pacino does a great job [as usual] portraying the truly unique Dr. Jack Kevorkian. Susan Sarandon and John Goodman also star in this HBO Films presentation which I certainly recommend checking out. From a young age I always believed what he was doing was the right thing. If a patient of mine was terminally ill and going through a great deal of pain every day, why make them suffer? Kevorkian is out of prison now too; good interview on the Bill Maher show.
This one was bandied about on Reddit and it really didn’t disappoint. Though you can call what happens most of the time it’s still a pretty fascinating movie. Moon is certainly unlike any other picture I’ve seen. Really well done cgi and the acting of Sam Rockwell will not soon be forgotten. Nice job Reddit.
